Athletics Carnival

Transport:

Students will be travelling to and from the venue from school via charted supervised buses or private transport. This is to be indicated in the online permission information. Buses will be departing BWSC from 9:00am onwards.

Uniform:

Full BWSC sports uniform, hat and appropriate footwear for track and field events. House colours are encouraged to be worn.

Food:

Students are to bring the appropriate amount and types of food and water for the entire day. A BBQ and canteen facilities will also be available on site. Students and parents are not to order and/or deliver take away food to the venue and students. Students will not have permission to leave the site to obtain food or drinks.

Please Bring:

Full PE uniform and/or appropriate house coloured clothing for competition. Suitable running shoes for track events. Students are encouraged to pack accordingly in case of cold or wet weather. Sunscreen and a hat for personal use is highly recommended.

Additional Information:

This is a COMPULSORY school day. All students are required to attend and normal school rules/guidelines apply, including those involving the use of technology. There will be no classes or supervision at Umina Campus on the day. In the instance of wet weather, please check the school's Facebook page for relevant information.

House groups are according to surname:
A-D= Red, E-K= Green, L-Q= Blue, R-Z=Yellow

A suitable ground sheet/towel/blanket to sit on throughout the day is highly recommended for students.

If students wish to obtain early leavers from the venue, please indicate on the appropriate section of the permission note. Students must register their name upon leaving the facility at the early leavers desk.
