REMINDER:
The first deposit of $50.00 for the Snowy Mountains excursion must be paid by THURSDAY 7TH APRIL (Week 11 Term 1) and the second deposit of $50.00 must be paid by FRIDAY 5TH MAY (Week 2 Term 2). We encourage those that have not yet paid their deposit to do so as there will be a waiting list to replace those students that cannot attend the excursion.
Then approximately 10 x $50 paid each week to have the final payment by: FRIDAY 28TH JULY

It is strongly recommended that regular payments are made toward the excursion to avoid a large final payment. Also please take into consideration when making these payments to adhere to the new finance system dates outlined below.
**IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING NEW FINANCE SYSTEM ROLLING OUT ACROSS ALL NSW PUBLIC SCHOOLS**
Brisbane Water Secondary College - Umina Campus is transitioning to the NSW Public School's finance system and a new bank account on 22nd May 2017.
To ensure a smooth transition there will be changes to the way we accept payments from parents and carers.
ONLINE PAYMENTS: As of 12th May 2017, we will no longer accept direct deposits into our current school bank account. Any payments made using a direct deposit after this date cannot be allocated to a student's account in a timely manner. Please ensure that you have made any outstanding direct deposits before 12th May 2017.
EFTPOS, CASH AND CHEQUE PAYMENTS: Will not be available during the period of 16th May to 26th May 2017. Please ensure that you have made any outstanding payments on or before 16th May 2017.
All payment methods will resume as normal on 26th May 2017.
