This excursion is for Year 9 Resistance Training Elective students to experience a wider variety of workouts, training equipment and training environments to enhance their understanding of the subject. Please find all details on the attached file in regards to dates, times and associated information for transport and dress requirements. Resistance Training (pdf 100 KB) All notes must be returned and elective fees paid to Student Reception and finalised by FRIDAY 7TH APRIL 2017.
